Returns

15-Day Return Policy (from date of delivery):

Now Ya Talkin Tees values your satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our products & guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge — simply submit a customer service request and return the item(s) in question & one of our representatives will issue an immediate replacement. We typically do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, incorrect laundering, etc. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags, free of smoke and other odors (NO EXCEPTIONS). 
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. 
Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items received after the 30-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Unfortunately, returns received after 60 days from the delivery date cannot be accepted. 
Please inspect your package upon arrival. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package please contact us as soon as possible so we can address and correct any problems. 

Refunds and Replacements
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If you are approved, then your refund (less shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@nowyt.com.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be refunded and are only eligible for exchanges.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@nowyt.com. Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is back-ordered, we will notify you of the possible delay.
We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request. The item will be shipped back via ground shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Also note, If you are not doing an even-exchange, you will be refunded for the return and charged again for the new item.  

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, email us at sales@nowyt.com for shipping instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
